Min. of 10 years of applicable experience, dynamic leadership experience and able to strategize and implement plans to grow this division
Collaborative communication skills in working with Board members and producers to present and execute strategic plans and to measure performance/results
Highly respected privately held retail brokerage specializing in providing unparalleled service to clients and relationships with key markets

Location – remote/hybrid 10 days per month in Chicago office. Also add: Position comes with company car, 6% match on the 401k, and full pension!
