Claims Supervisor

As a Specialized General Agency, which offers stop loss and ancillary benefit solutions to Brokers, Consultants and Third-Party Administrators. With an exclusive focus on these specialty products. We are seeking an ambitious Claims Manager who is passionate about playing a critical role in the maintenance and growth of our organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the overall operations and performance of assigned Claims team(s), Claims Reporting Analysts and/or Claims Intake Coordinators including but not limited to, recommendations on placement/promotions, annual performance evaluations, and
disciplinary actions, if this position has direct reports - Audits, as needed, all contract details related to Claims upon implementation (Sold Forms or Final Sold Rate) for Claims Department or assigned Claims teams for accuracy and completeness
- Oversees master list of group/cases for Claims Department that includes all contractual claims service parameters
- Manages assignment of client accounts based upon review of workload volume by team and individual, when applicable
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of management experience preferred
- 3-5 years claims, production environment preferred
- Open to candidates with various claims experience as it relates to insurance
- This is a metrics processed type of role, team lead or supervisory experience

Must be local to Scottsdale and hybrid schedule
